Der Henriot Brut Souverain war der erste Champagner, der von der Maison Henriot kreiert wurde. Dieser Champagner erzählt die Geschichte aller Crus seiner Weinberge und macht den Brut Souverain zu einem Multi-Cru. Es ist eine Cuvée aus den drei Hauptrebsorten der Champagne-Region: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir und Meunier. Diese Cuvée wurde von Ernest Henriot, dem Enkel von Apolline, Brut Souverain genannt, als die Maison Henriot zum offiziellen Champagnerlieferanten für den Hof des Königs von Holland und des österreichisch-ungarischen Kaisers ernannt wurde. Es ist ein hervorragender Wein zum Genießen als Aperitif.
