Vinifizierung des Weins Herdade das Servas Parcela C Tinto: Die Trauben werden entrappt, gefolgt von einer vorfermentativen Mazeration in einem Marmortrog für 48 Stunden. Die Gärung erfolgt in einem Trog und einem Edelstahltank mit Temperaturkontrolle. Reifung: Nach Abschluss der malolaktischen Gärung reifte der Wein 12 Monate in neuen französischen Eichenfässern. Nach der Abfüllung ruhte er 20 Monate in der Flasche in unserem Keller. Um alle seine Qualitäten zu bewahren, wurde er nicht stabilisiert und kann natürlich Depot bilden.
