Vinifizierung des Cartuxa DOC Tinto von 3 Litern: hergestellt aus den Rebsorten Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet und Trincadeira, die in den Weinbergen der Fundação Eugénio de Almeida gepflanzt sind. Wenn die Trauben den idealen Reifezustand erreichen, werden sie geerntet und zur Kellerei transportiert, wo der technologische Prozess mit vollständiger Entrappung und leichter Zerdrückung beginnt. Anschließend werden die Trauben separat in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 27º fermentiert, gefolgt von einer verlängerten Nachgärungsreifung. Er reifte 12 Monate in Fässern und Barriques aus französischer Eiche und 6 Monate in der Flasche.
