Vinifikation des Tinto Quinta das Murças Reserva 2016: Manuelle Ernte, Selektionstabelle, Entrappen, Zerkleinern, alkoholische Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen bei kontrollierten Temperaturen (25 bis 28 °C) in Granitmühlen unter Verwendung von Fußtritt und Pressen in einer alten Vertikalpresse. Reifung: In 12 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern gelagert.
Intensiv und tief
Fest und konzentriert, mit einer sehr präsenten und ausgewogenen Säure, verfügt er über reife Tannine, die gut in seinen Körper und sein Volumen eingebunden sind. Er präsentiert einen langen und anhaltenden Abgang, der von Fruchtnoten dominiert wird und in dem seine Ausgewogenheit und Eleganz hervorstechen.
Komplexes, frisches und elegantes Aroma, dominiert von schwarzen Früchten, balsamischen Aromen wie Zistrose und würzigen Noten aus der Reifung im Fass.
