Vinifikation des Mouchao Tonel 3-4 Tinto 2013: Die Alicante Bouschet-Trauben wurden in 20-kg-Kisten geerntet und sofort vinifiziert. Ohne Entrappen erfolgte die Gärung in Pressen mit Fußtritt. Nach der Gärung wurde der Wein in die Fässer Nr. 3 und Nr. 4 umgefüllt. Reifung: Die Reifung erfolgte 36 Monate lang in den Fässern Nr. 3 und Nr. 4, wobei seine Entwicklung regelmäßig durch Verkostungen bewertet wurde, um seine Abfüllung als Fass Nr. 3-4 zu bestätigen.
Tiefes und intensives Granat
Im Mund folgt eine anfängliche Weichheit, gefolgt von intensiver Frische, außergewöhnlicher Ausgewogenheit und Eleganz sowie einer hohen Tanninkonzentration.
