Vinifikation des Weins Alvarinho Soalheiro Reserva 2021: Die Trauben, ausschließlich aus der Sorte Alvarinho, werden manuell in Kisten mit kleinem Fassungsvermögen geerntet und in kurzer Zeit zum Weingut transportiert. Nach dem Pressen ruht der gewonnene Most 48 Stunden lang, gefolgt von der Gärung und Reifung in französischen Eichenfässern (neue und gebrauchte Fässer) und verbleibt auf der Feinhefe mit regelmäßiger Batonnage bis Ende Juni.
