Die Crystal Head Vodka wird aus lokalem kanadischem Mais hergestellt. Sie wird viermal destilliert, um zu einem neutralen Getreidegeist zu werden, und mit reinem Wasser aus Neufundland, Kanada, gemischt. Der Wodka wird siebenmal gefiltert, wobei drei dieser Filterungen durch Schichten von halbedlen Kristallen, die als Herkimer-Diamanten bekannt sind, erfolgen. Die ikonische Totenkopf-Flasche wird in Europa hergestellt, wo kleine Kristallstücke im Glas geschmolzen werden, um eine absolute Klarheit zu gewährleisten.
