Vinificação do Quinta de Azevedo Torra Grande Escolha Branco: As uvas vindimadas manualmente são imediatamente encaminhadas para a câmara frigorifica. Após atingirem os 10ºC são suavemente encaminhadas para o desengaçador e prensadas suavemente a baixas temperaturas, seguida de decantação estática a frio durante 3 a 5 dias dias, com levantamento das borras nas primeiras 24horas. Fermentação com temperatura controlada entre os 15-16ºC.Maturação: Após a fermentação alcoólica, o vinho estagiou durante 8 meses em toneis de 1200L e barricas de 500L de carvalho francês de 1ª e 2ª utilização. 15% do lote estagiou sobre borras em depósito de inox para preservação de toda a frescura.

Na boca entra cheio e com muito volume. Novamente destaque para a fruta madura de caroço, mas muito fresco, que permite suportar toda a intensidade. Termina longo e persistente.
Aroma exuberante a fruta madura de caroço, com notas de alperce ou pêssego vermelho bem maduro. Destaque ainda para as notas do estágio em madeira.
