VINIFIZIERUNG: Die Gärung findet in Edelstahltanks statt, in denen die Trauben mazerieren und mit ihren Schalen bei Temperaturen zwischen 16-18ºC gerührt werden, um einen Weißwein mit Farbe und Struktur zu erzeugen, der eine längere Reifung im Eichenfass verträgt. Die Gärung wird durch Zugabe von Weingeist unterbrochen, wodurch der verstärkte Wein entsteht. Ein hochwertiger Wein, hergestellt aus einer einzigen Ernte. Ein Colheita-Wein reift in Eichenfässern für Zeiträume, die variieren können, aber niemals weniger als 7 Jahre betragen. Er wird dann abgefüllt und entsprechend den Marktanforderungen verkauft.
