Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta do Carmo Tinto Magnum: Jede Rebsorte wird separat vinifiziert und es wird eine traditionelle Vinifizierung mit Gärungen in Edelstahltanks und in temperaturkontrollierten Lagares verwendet. Am Ende der Gärung folgt eine verlängerte Maischestandzeit (7 bis 15 Tage). Die Weine reifen 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern. Am Ende der Reifung wird die Endmischung des Weins hergestellt.
