Diese werden sanft zerdrückt, bevor sie in den Tank gelangen, und nach der Inokulation beginnt die Gärung mit Temperaturkontrolle. Sanfte Mazeration. Reifung: 12 Monate in 400L französischen Eichenfässern. Der Post Scriptum ist ein Wein mit einem ähnlichen Profil wie der Chryseia.
