Getrocknete Früchte mit großer aromatischer Komplexität, Mandeln und getrocknete Feigen. Am Gaumen ist die charakteristische Weichheit der in Holzfässern gereiften Weine bemerkbar, nach einigen Minuten können noch Röstnoten, Kaffee, Schokolade, Honig usw. geschmeckt werden.
Noten von Karamell, getrockneten Früchten, leichter Marmelade und Honig, die sich im Laufe der Minuten mit Nuancen von karamellisierten Zitrusschalen vermischen.
