Dieser Wein wurde vollständig aus Trauben hergestellt, die von Weinbergen der Quinta da Romaneira stammen, die mit dem Buchstaben A klassifiziert sind und im Herzen der Region Douro liegen. Die Trauben wurden mit traditionellem Stampfen zerdrückt und in Edelstahltanks vinifiziert. Die Gärtemperatur schwankte zwischen 25 und 28 Grad Celsius.
