Pacheca Porto Colheita 2000 resultiert aus der traditionellen Weinbereitung von Trauben aus verschiedenen alten Weinbergen des Douro, natürlich aus den verschiedenen autochthonen Rebsorten derselben Region. Nach dem Entrappen im Weinkeller werden diese zweimal täglich zu Fuß gestampft, bis die Zugabe von Weinbrand erfolgt. Gereift in portugiesischen Eichenfässern.
