Paulo Laureano Vinus ist ein Weingut unter der Leitung von Paulo Laureano, einem der führenden Önologen des Landes, mit einem langen Leben, das mit Wein verbunden ist. Paulo Laureano ist eines der großen Gesichter der Weine aus Alentejo und setzt ausschließlich auf portugiesische Rebsorten. Der Name Dolium bedeutet „Amphore“, alte alentejanische Tonkrüge, obwohl es kein Amphorenwein ist, drückt er doch die Bewunderung aus, die wir für die römische Agrarkultur auf der Iberischen Halbinsel haben.
