Als Einstiegsqualitätsniveau für Weine der Real Companhia Velha genießt Evel seit vielen Jahren einen guten Ruf. Evel-Wein wird aus Weinbergen in der berühmten Quinta do Casal da Granja und Quinta do Cidrô in den Gemeinden Alijó und S. João da Pesqueira hergestellt. Weinbereitung von Evel Reserva Tinto 2020: Hergestellt aus Parzellen alter Weinberge. Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks mit Temperaturkontrolle. Der gesamte Wein reift 12 Monate in neuen französischen Eichenfässern in Vila Nova de Gaia.
