Vinifizierung des Weins Cortes de Cima Reserva Tinto 2014: Die Trauben werden ohne Stiele bei kontrollierten Temperaturen vergoren, in einer Kombination aus der Methode "Rack and Return" und regelmäßigen Remontagen, vorangegangen von einer ausgedehnten Maischestandzeit, die die fruchtigen Eigenschaften der Rebsorten hervorhebt und eine tanninreiche Struktur sowie Balance liefert. Der Wein wurde 14 Monate in französischen (90 %) und amerikanischen (10 %) Eichenfässern gereift, während dieser Zeit eine Kombination der typischen Eigenschaften der Rebsorten und der Komponenten des Holzes entstand. Er wurde im April 2016 ohne Schönung und mit Filtration abgefüllt.
