Vinifikation des Tinto Cartuxa DOC 2019: Hergestellt aus den Rebsorten Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet und Trincadeira, gepflanzt in den Weinbergen der Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. Wenn die Trauben den idealen Reifezustand erreicht haben, werden sie geerntet und in die Weinkellerei transportiert, wo der technologische Prozess mit der vollständigen Entrappung und leichten Zerkleinerung beginnt. Anschließend werden die Trauben separat in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 27 °C vergoren, gefolgt von einer längeren Reifung nach der Gärung. 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und Barriques und 6 Monate in der Flasche gereift.
