Vinifikation des Beyra Grande Reserva Rot 2021: Manuelle Ernte, Empfang mit vollständiger Entrappung und sofortiger Zerkleinerung. Gärung zwischen 22 und 26 °C für etwa 7 Tage mit sanfter Mazeration in Zementtanks, Mazeration mit der klassischen „Delestage“-Technik, etwa 3 bis 4 pro Gärung, malolaktische Gärung in gebrauchten Fässern. 14-monatige Reifung in 300-Liter-Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche mit extra feiner Körnung.
Im Mund süßer Auftakt, mit großem Volumen, man spürt die lebendigen Frucht- und Gewürznoten, die wir in der Nase spüren, mit sehr voluminösen und weichen Tanninen, mit einem langen und anhaltenden Abgang.
Explosives Aroma, sehr intensiv, wilde Früchte und Gewürze mit intensiven Lakritznoten in perfekter Balance mit dezenten Noten von Fass, Toast und Vanille
