Vinifizierung des Weins Alvarinho Soalheiro Reserva 2021: Die Trauben, ausschließlich der Sorte Alvarinho, werden manuell in kleinen Kisten geerntet und innerhalb kurzer Zeit zur Kellerei transportiert. Nach dem Pressen dekantiert der gewonnene Most 48 Stunden, gefolgt von der Fermentation und Reifung in französischen Eichenfässern (neue und gebrauchte Fässer), wobei er bis Ende Juni auf der Feinhefe mit regelmäßiger Batonnage verblieb.
