2 Quintas Reserva Rot 2021

Vinifizierung des Weins 2 (Zwei) Quintas Reserva Tinto 2019: Die Trauben, die aus ausgewählten Parzellen unserer Quintas de Ervamoira und Bons Ares stammen, wurden manuell in kleinen Kisten geerntet und selektiert. Die Trauben der Quinta de Ervamoira wurden in Granit-Lagares vinifiziert, die der Quinta dos Bons Ares in runden Beton- und Holzfässern. Nach dem Abziehen und Pressen in einer vertikalen Presse durchlief der Wein die malolaktische Gärung in Fässern von 6000 bis 10000 Litern. Anschließend reifte er 18 Monate in Fässern und neuen sowie einjährigen französischen Eichenfässern. Der Wein wurde im Mai 2019 abgefüllt.
