Vinificação e EstágioAs uvas são colhidas à mão e transportadas até a adega em caixas de 20kg. Após passarem por um criteriosa escolha manual, os cachos são desengaçados, e as uvas são levemente esmagadas antes de serem direcionadas para a cuba de fermentação. Segue-se a fermentação alcoólica do mosto em cubas de inox a 24-26ºC. O vinho estagia em barricas usadas de carvalho francês por um período de 12 meses.

Intenso e amplo de sabores, com taninos presentes mas muito frescos e vibrantes, mostrando-se mesmo assim elegante, refinado e longo no final de prova.
Perfil de nariz muito fino com aromas intensos de frutos do bosque, amora madura e ligeiras impressões vegetais gerando muita complexidade e finesse.
