Rotwein aus der Ernte 2019, hergestellt aus einer Mischung von Rebsorten aus drei Parzellen, auf Böden an der Grenze zwischen Granit und Schiefer, in einer Höhe von 750 bis 850 Metern. Von Hand geerntete Trauben, natürliche Gärung in einer Steinpresse, mit Fußtreten. 16 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern gereift. Ein Wein, der das Territorium und seine Menschen widerspiegelt, wo die Natur ihre Frische, Reinheit und Identität zum Ausdruck bringt.
