Vinifizierung des Champagne Ruinart Rosé Brut: Ernte von Hand durchgeführt. Die Gärung erfolgt in temperaturgeregelten Edelstahltanks. Für den Rotwein kurze Maischung und leichte Extraktion. Vollständige malolaktische Gärung. Zusammensetzung: Blend auf Basis von Chardonnay und Pinot Noir, überwiegend als Premiers Crus klassifiziert, mit 20/25 % aus Reserven der letzten 2 Jahre. 45 % Chardonnay, Weinberge Côte des Blancs und Montagne de Reims, 55 % Pinot Noir aus der Montagne de Reims und den Weinbergen Vallée de la Marne, davon 18 bis 19 % als Rotwein hergestellt.

Am Gaumen ist der unmittelbare Geschmack deutlich und voll, getragen von einer sanften Perlage. Die Aromen frisch gepflückter Beeren kommen voll zur Geltung. Dieses Gleichgewicht vereint eine angenehme Frische und einen üppigen Körper, der sich in einem eleganten Hauch von Minze und rosa Grapefruit ausdrückt.
Die Nase ist subtil und frisch, bietet zunächst eine originelle Palette tropischer Früchte (Guave und Litschi) und kleiner Beeren (Himbeeren, Kirschen und Walderdbeeren). Diese werden von Noten von Rose und Granatapfel ergänzt, die dieses komplexe und intensive Geschmacksprofil vervollständigen, dominiert von primären Aromen, ohne Raffinesse.
