Der Aufenthalt im Keller, die niedrige und konstante Temperatur über 36 Monate, ermöglicht es diesem Schaumwein, die gesamte Eleganz der Rebsorte Alvarinho aus einer Perspektive größerer Komplexität und weniger Frucht zu zeigen.
