Vinifizierung des Venha o Diabo e Escolha Grande Reserva Tinto: Die Trauben, die von der Ernte unserer Mitglieder stammen, werden entladen und sofort entrappt und zerdrückt. Die Fermentation erfolgt in Edelstahltanks mit kontrollierter Temperatur (26-28ºC). Während dieses Zeitraums findet die Mazeration oder Maischung über 15 Tage statt. Reifung: Der Wein reift 12 Monate in neuen Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Nach der Abfüllung reift er mindestens 12 Monate im Keller.
