Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und sofort entrappt. Die alkoholische Gärung fand in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierten Temperaturen zwischen 24 und 26ºC statt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein für einen Zeitraum von 5 Tagen in der Nachgärung mazeriert. Die malolaktische Gärung fand natürlich im Tank statt. Anschließend wurde der Wein in 500-Liter-Fässer und 25hl-Foudres transferiert, wo er 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und 18 Monate in Flaschen reifte.
