Vinifikation des Vinho Verde SOU Alvarinho 2018: Fermentation mit einheimischen Hefen von 40% des Mostes in gebrauchten 400 l Fässern, von denen 50 % die malolaktische Fermentation spontan durchführten. Langsame Fermentation von 60% des Mostes in einem Tank. Reifung von 9 Monaten auf der feinen Hefe.

Im Mund zeigt sich eine große Textur, Frische und Persistenz. Die Säure ist in großer Harmonie mit dem Volumen und mildert die aromatischen Noten in einem sehr langen, spannenden und köstlichen Abgang.
Komplexe Nase, die sich mit der Belüftung im Glas zeigt, mit Noten von Aprikose, Limettenblatt, Gewürzen, Wildblumen und nassem Stein.
