Wein, der aus Trauben eines kleinen Weinbergs in der Gemeinde Seixal an der Nordküste Madeiras hergestellt wird, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt, wo die meiste Zeit des Jahres von der Meeresluft umweht wird. Die Trauben wurden mit Stielen zerkleinert und gepresst Nach einer 11-tägigen Gärung ohne Temperaturkontrolle fügten wir den Weinalkohol hinzu, bis noch etwas Restzucker vorhanden war. Der Wein wurde in ein altes französisches Eichenfass mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 620 Litern umgefüllt und in unserem Lager D, dessen Temperaturen höher sind, gereift, mit dem Ziel, das ganze Jahr über eine höhere Konzentration im Wein zu erreichen. Im September 2023 wurden 1022 Einheiten hergestellt abgefüllt, alle einzeln nummeriert.
