In kleinen Chargen von nur 500 Litern destilliert. Die gesamte Destillation erfolgt in handgefertigten Kupfergeräten, die von Handwerkern unter Verwendung alter Techniken hergestellt werden. Vierfach destilliert und unter Verwendung von Premium-Getreidealkohol sowie ausschließlich portugiesischen Botanicals wie Wacholder, Engelwurz, Zitrone und Orangenblüte, wobei die Hauptzutat die Strandheide von Cortegaça in Ovar im Norden Portugals ist, was ihn zu einem einzigartigen Premium-Dry-Gin weltweit macht.

Im Mund zeigt er eine gewisse Salzigkeit, eine zitrische Note sowie ein ausgewogenes Bitter- und Säurespiel. Am Gaumen ein leichter Süße, die im Kontrast zur Säure steht und ihn sehr interessant macht.
In der Nase ein leicht harziger Duft, Kiefer, leichte Zitrusnoten, Meeresbrise und sanfte Honignoten.
