Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2022 ist ein grüner Wein, der ausschließlich aus Trauben der Sorte Alvarinho aus der Subregion Monção und Melgaço hergestellt wird, der edelsten der Vinhos Verdes-Region, wo Alvarinho die einzigartigen Bedingungen für seine Herstellung vorfindet. Vinifikation des Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2021: Sanftes Pressen und Dekantieren für 12 bis 36 Stunden bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur zwischen 12 °C und 16 °C. Gärung für bis zu 15 Tage mit Temperaturkontrolle zwischen 16 °C und 18 °C. Reifung: in Edelstahltanks mit kontrollierter Temperatur und regelmäßiger Bewegung der Hefe für 2 Monate.
