Após a seleção criteriosa das uvas na vinha, a vindima foi feita de forma manual para caixas de 20 kg sendo depois sujeitas a um arrefecimento em câmara frigorífica até 8-10ºC. De seguida são selecionadas em tapete de escolha, e prensadas a baixa pressão em prensa pneumática. A fermentação alcoólica decorre em cuba de Inox durante um período de 18 dias com temperatura controlada a cerca de15ºC.Após a fermentação alcoólica, o vinho base permanece em estágio em Inox promovendo-se o levantamento das borras finas até Fevereiro de 2014.A segunda fermentação alcoólica em garrafa iniciou-se em Junho de 2014, prolongando-se o estágio em garrafa com as borras da segunda fermentação até ao momento de dégorgement que antecede a comercialização.O dégorgement realizou-se em outubro de 2023, conferindo ao vinho uma grande complexidade em resultado dos longos anos de estágio em garrafa.

Na boca destaca-se o equilíbrio e harmonia, com bolha fina e uma acidez bem viva que lhe confere uma certa longevidade e frescura.
Os aromas são marcadas pelo estágio prolongado com as leveduras. Apresenta notas de biscoito, de tosta e com ligeiro toque de frutos secos.
