Vinificação do Porto Messias 20 Anos White: Vinho proveniente de maceração pelicular, fermentado a uma temperatura controlada (18-20ºC), que quando o mosto atinge o valor de doçura pretendido, a fermentação é interrompida pela adição de aguardente (77%), sendo posteriormente envelhecido em madeira de carvalho nos armazéns em Vila Nova de Gaia até ser engarrafado.
