Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta dos Bons Ares Branco: Für diesen Wein wurde eine erste Qualitätsauswahl der Trauben getroffen, die geerntet und in kleinen Kisten gelagert wurden, anschließend 12 Stunden lang einer Hautmazeration im Weinkeller der Quinta dos Bons Ares unterkühlt wurden. Bei der Ankunft durchliefen sie eine zweite Auswahl, bevor sie durch Schwerkraft in die Pressen fielen, wo sie sanften Presszyklen unterzogen wurden. Der klare Most fermentierte langsam und bei niedriger Temperatur, um das aromatische Potenzial zu bewahren, von dem 10 % in französischen Eichenfässern 7 Monate lang fermentierten und reiften.
