Vinifizierung des Brites Aguiar Tinto Weins: Die Trauben wurden vollständig entrappt und zerdrückt. Nach einer kalten, vorfermentativen Maischegärung von 48 Stunden. Die Gärung erfolgte in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks mit einer Gesamtkontaktzeit von über 60 Tagen, jedoch ohne große Extraktionen. Der Wein wurde in Edelstahltanks überführt, wo die malolaktische Gärung stattfand, bevor er direkt in 500-Liter-Fässer aus französischer Eiche erster und zweiter Nutzung überging, in denen er 18 Monate reifte.
