Akashi Blended Sherry Cask Finish ist ein Whisky, der von Mikio Hiraishi, dem Eigentümer und Master Blender der Destillerie Eigashima, die früher White Oak hieß, kreiert wurde. Eine Mischung aus Grain-Whiskys aus verschiedenen Herkunftsländern und 30% Malt-Whiskys, die in Eigashima, Japan, destilliert wurden, wurden alle Whiskys mindestens drei Jahre in amerikanischen Eichenfässern gereift und anschließend sechs Monate in Sherryfässern, den berühmten Fässern des andalusischen Weins, gelagert.

Dieser Blend hat ein reiches und Gourmet-Profil und zeigt im Duft Noten von Vanille, getrockneten Aprikosen und Orangenschale.
