Der Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional ist ein Premiumwein, der zu 100 % aus Trauben der Rebsorte Touriga Nacional hergestellt wird und nur in Jahren abgefüllt wird, in denen ein hohes Qualitäts- und Exzellenzniveau erreicht wird. Der Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional reift 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, die mit leicht gerösteten und speziell entwickelten Röstgraden verwendet werden, um die Frische und die charakteristischen Aromen der Touriga Nacional hervorzuheben. Es ist entscheidend, dass das Holz während der Reifung die natürlichen Eigenschaften der Rebsorte nicht überdeckt. Der Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional ist von Anfang an ein sehr ansprechender Wein mit sehr ausdrucksstarken Primäraromen. Mit der Flaschenreifung gewinnt er an Komplexität, behält aber stets diese charakteristische Eigenschaft der Rebsorte bei.
