Verkostungsnotizen: Goldgelb. Aprikose, Rosine, Traubenschale. Ausgeprägte Frucht, geschälte Apfel und Traubenschale mit oxidativen Noten. Guter Mundfüllung, intensiv, mit weichen Tanninen. Sehr trockener Abgang. Harmonisierung: Gastronomischer Wein, der besonders gut zu Pilzrisotto, Inselkäse, Rührei mit Spargel und Apfelstrudel passt.
