Dieser Wein ist ein Spiegelbild des mehr als 80 Jahre alten Weinbergs, aus dem er hervorgegangen ist, und besteht aus einer außergewöhnlichen Feldmischung von mehr als 30 Rebsorten. Nach einer sorgfältig geplanten Ernte erfolgt die Gärung in Granit-Lagares mit Fußtritt Anschließende Reifung in überwiegend neuen französischen Eichenfässern, angereichert durch das anhaltende Aroma von Brombeeren und Schokolade, sind die Hauptmerkmale, die diesen großartigen Wein auszeichnen, der zu Ehren des charismatischen Pointer der Familie Serôdio Borges benannt wurde.
