Vinifizierung des Weins Conde D Ervideira Vinho da Água Tinto: Wurde aus einer sorgfältig ausgewählten Cuvée von Rebsorten hergestellt, um einen einzigartigen, exklusiven und leidenschaftlichen Wein zu kreieren. Reifung: Er gewann an Komplexität und Persistenz durch die Reifung in französischen Eichenfässern. Nach der Fassreifung wurde er abgefüllt und in den ruhigen Gewässern des Alqueva versenkt, wo er 8 Monate lang in 30 m Tiefe reifte.
