Vinifizierung des Weins Vale Dona Maria Vinhas do Sabor Branco: Entstielte Trauben, leicht in einer pneumatischen Presse zerdrückt, wobei der resultierende Most 24 Stunden bei 10ºC in Edelstahltanks dekantiert wird. Der Wein wird in einjährige französische Eichenfässer (225L) überführt, wo er bei kontrollierten Temperaturen zwischen 10ºC und 14ºC fermentiert. Reifung: während 9 Monaten in einjährigen französischen Eichenfässern. Rabigato ist eine der edelsten Rebsorten des Douro und zeichnet sich insbesondere im oberen Douro durch ihre Fähigkeit aus, Frische zu bewahren. Der florale Charakter des Viosinho und das große Gleichgewicht schaffen eine harmonische Cuvée, die auch Arinto enthält, aromatischer und vollmundiger.
