Der „Bela Luz“ ist der erste Wein aus dem Douro, der von Rocim in der Demarkierten Region Douro, genauer gesagt in der Unterregion Cima Corgo, produziert wird. Bela Luz ist eine Pflanze mit dem wissenschaftlichen Namen Thymus Mastichina, die in diesem alten Weinberg und in dieser Region reichlich vorkommt und die Hauptinspiration für die Kreation dieses Weins war.
