Das Quinta dos Aciprestes umgibt den Douro-Fluss mit seinen sanften Hängen, in einem vollständig mit den edelsten Rebsorten der Demarkationsregion Douro neu bepflanzten Gebiet. Zwischen den Unterregionen Cima-Corgo und Alto Douro gelegen, profitieren seine Weinberge von einem Mikroklima, das ideale Bedingungen für die Reifung der Trauben bietet. Vinifikation des Weins Quinta dos Aciprestes Reserva Tinto 2019: Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks mit Temperaturkontrolle. Es folgt eine 12-monatige Reifung in französischen Eichenfässern, wobei 30 % des Weins in neuen Fässern lagern.
