Vinifizierung des Portweins Quinta do Crasto Finest Reserve: Die Trauben, die von alten Reben stammen, wurden in lebensmittelechten Kunststoffkisten transportiert und bei der Ankunft im Weinkeller einer strengen Auswahl unterzogen. Nach einem sanften Quetschen ohne Entrappen wurden sie in eine traditionelle Steinpresse gebracht, wo sie in regelmäßigen Abständen von Männern gestampft wurden. Anschließend wurde Weingeist hinzugefügt, um die Gärung zu stoppen.
