Vinifizierung des Beyra Riesling Weißweins: Manuelle Lese mit Ganztraubenquetschung, um das gesamte primäre Potenzial der Trauben zu bewahren. Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur zwischen 16 - 17ºC über einen Zeitraum von etwa 20 Tagen mit einheimischen Hefen. Reifung mit Rührungen der Feinhefe – „Bâtonnage“ bis zur Abfüllung Ende Januar 2019, gefolgt von einer Flaschenreifung von 14 Monaten im Weinkeller.
