Komplex und elegant, der Casa Ferreirinha Antónia Adelaide Ferreira Tinto 2014 ist eine limitierte Auflage von hoher Qualität, die zu Ehren von Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira produziert wurde. Nach sanfter Pressung und vollständiger Entrappung kamen die Trauben in den Keller der Quinta da Leda und Quinta do Seixo, wo sie in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks vergoren. Während dieser Fermentation wurden Umwälzungen mit der Pumpe und das Treten mit einem Roboter durchgeführt, gefolgt von einer langen Mazeration, um eine ausgewogene aromatische und polyphenolische Extraktion zu erreichen. Mit dieser Technologie soll erreicht werden, dass die Qualitätsbestandteile, die in den Schalen der reifen Trauben vorhanden sind, sanft in den Wein übergehen. Am Ende, und zum „erforderlichen“ Zeitpunkt für jede Rebsorte/Jahrgang, wurde der Wein gekeltert und die Traubenmasse gepresst, wobei der aus der Pressung resultierende Wein getrennt vom Traubenmost aufbewahrt wurde.
