Quinta dos Murças Minas stammt aus Weinbergen, die an einem Hang zwischen 110 und 300 Metern Höhe gepflanzt sind. Diese nach Süden ausgerichteten Weinberge sind stärker der Sonne ausgesetzt und produzieren Trauben mit größerer Konzentration. An denselben Hängen gibt es mehrere Wasserminen, die die Umgebung erfrischen und ein Gleichgewicht zwischen größerer Reifung und der für Murças so charakteristischen Frische ermöglichen. Vinifizierung des Tinto Quinta das Murças Minas 2021: Manuelle Ernte, Auswahltabelle, Entrappen, Zerkleinern, alkoholisch Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen bei kontrollierten Temperaturen (25 °C bis 28 °C) in Granitmühlen mit Fußtritt und Pressen in einer alten Vertikalpresse in Betontanks und gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern für etwa 9 Monate.
Intensiv, mit violetten Nuancen
Dominiert von Frische und Lebendigkeit, hat er feste und reife Tannine mit einer gut eingebundenen Säure. Der Abgang ist lang und anhaltend und unterstreicht die Balance zwischen Frische und Reife
