2 Quintas Reserva Rot 2021

Vinifikation von Wein 2 (Zwei) Quintas Reserva Rot 2019: Die Trauben, die aus ausgewählten Parzellen unserer Quintas de Ervamoira und Bons Ares stammen, wurden manuell in kleinen Kisten geerntet und ausgewählt. Die Trauben der Quinta de Ervamoira wurden in Granitpressen und die der Quinta dos Bons Ares in runden Beton- und Holzfässern vinifiziert. Nach dem Ausbrüten und Pressen in einer Vertikalpresse erfolgte die malolaktische Gärung in Fässern von 6.000 bis 10.000 Litern. 18 Monate lang reifte er in Fässern sowie neuen und einjährigen französischen Eichenfässern. Der Wein wurde im Mai 2019 abgefüllt.

Die Tanninstruktur ist sowohl kraftvoll als auch poliert und verspricht ein hervorragendes Alterungspotenzial. Der Douro Superior in seiner Pracht
Reichhaltige, reife, subtile und rauchige Nase. Unter anderem stechen Aromen hervor, die an schwarze Pflaumen, Feigen, Pfirsiche, Brombeeren und Tusche erinnern, in einer komplexen Harmonie, die die Stärke des Jahres 2017 mit großer Eleganz zum Ausdruck bringt.
