Einige von ihnen werden durch Mazeration, andere durch Destillation hergestellt, wobei ausschließlich traditionelle Methoden verwendet werden. Diese Natürlichkeit ist bei der Verkostung deutlich spürbar: Der Stil ist klar, die Aromen sind präzise und gut harmonisiert.

Eine schöne aromatische Explosion von Zitrusfrüchten und Gewürzen, die die Frische des Wacholders betont, mit süßen floralen Noten und Anklängen von Jasmin. Gute Persistenz im Mund, bereichert durch die anhaltenden Noten von rotem Pfeffer, Zitrusfrüchten und Wacholder.
