Rotschwarzer Kern mit einem dünnen violetten Halo. In der Nase präsentiert er sich als klassischer Vargellas, ausgewogen und elegant, mit reinen Aromen von Waldfrüchten und frischen Pflaumen, mit einem Hauch von Zitrusfrüchten und Quitte. Dezente Gewürznoten – Muskatnuss, Anis und Kakao – stechen durch die Frucht hervor. Der typische blumige Charakter von Vargellas, der eher an Jasmin als an die charakteristische Aura von Veilchen erinnert, wird mit harzigen und mentholhaltigen Noten von Wildkräutern verbunden. Eine dezente Mineralität sorgt für einen kräftigen Abgang. Am Gaumen offenbart er dichte, kräftige Tannine und endet in einer Explosion frischer Fruchtaromen. Eine elegante Vintage Individual Farm, sicher und perfekt ausbalanciert.
